We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your School Spirit Supplies, Inc. experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or a replacement.
Accounts & Schools
The class sponsor, principal or superintendent must authorize internet orders guaranteeing payment, including shipping costs for all orders (for your school's protection, we may ask that you write a note concerning the order and fax it to us on your school's letterhead).
You can use Visa, Master Card or American Express to purchase off of our site. Your statement will read “Sunshine Promo”, a sister company to School Spirit Supplies Inc.
Due on receipt. A 1½ % monthly carrying charge (18% annual rate) will be added to balances not paid within 14 days of invoice date. Make all checks or money orders Payable in U.S. Funds. No C.O.D. orders. There is a $30.00 charge on returned checks. All credit balances not used or claimed within 90 days of invoicing become the property of School Spirit Supplies, Inc.
Merchandise will be invoiced at current catalog prices. A 6% sales tax must be included for orders delivered in Florida. (If your organization is tax exempt, please include your tax ID number.) Orders under $15.00 are subject to a $4.00 handling charge-plus a shipping charge.
Call for a return authorization. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges, less a 15% handling charge. Customer printed items may not be returned. Health regulations prohibit the return of consumables and wearables, hats, funtoos, tiaras or any other apparel that has been worn.
Shortages / Demands
Unpack cartons when received, and check all contents. If you ordered a kit, check the contents immediately against the packing slip enclosed. Please also check all the boxes completely. Every order has been quality checked prior to shipping. If an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be noted on the packing slip as a backorder. These items will be shipped to you as soon as possible at no extra shipping charge. If we are unable to meet your event date, we will contact you by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail.
We want to mail our catalogs only to those who enjoy them. If you do not wish to receive our catalogs any longer, please send us your name and address. If you have friends who may want to receive a catalog, please let us know. You can request a catalog here, Catalog Request.
Unless notification of quantity increase is received before work has begun on your personalized order, the increase will be considered a separate order and must conform to minimum price and quantity requirements.
Samples are provided free of charge as a customer service, except for apparel and food products, in which a per item charge will be applied (send us an E-mail for Sample details or requests.) You'll be charged for items that are sold individually, but you may return the item, and we'll waive the restocking fee. We cannot guarantee specific colors names or print styles for any printed items samples such as glassware, key tags, and frame samples. There is a limit of three samples per customer.
School Spirit Supplies, Inc. strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. Pricing or typographical errors may occur; therefore, School Spirit Supplies, Inc. cannot confirm the price of an item until after the order has been placed. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, School Spirit Supplies, Inc. has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, School Spirit Supplies, Inc. may, at it’s discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We make every effort to coordinate colors but it is impossible to match exact colors in all materials. If a precise match is a must, some samples are available upon request.
